All you have to do to create your new account is to enter your email address, password to new account, verification code from picture and to agree to the terms presented below. If you have done so, your account name, password and e-mail address will be shown on the following page and your account and password will be sent to your email address along with further instructions.

Soteria Rules

§1. General provisions
  - Soteria is a non-commercial Open Tibia (OTS) fan server based on Tibia 8.60 client and the Real Global Map map. It is not affiliated with CipSoft GmbH or official Tibia.
  - Using the game, website and forum means you accept these rules.
  - Staff may interpret these rules and decide on matters not explicitly covered, with fair judgment and the community interest in mind.
  - Rules may change. The current version is always published on the Soteria website. Important changes will be announced in news.

§2. Server information
  - Client version: Tibia 8.60 (OTClient v8). Official download client and browser play at soteria.pl/play/.
  - World type: Open PvP. PvP is allowed outside Protection Zones.
  - Protection level: 1 — characters below level 2 cannot be attacked by players.
  - Rates: EXP x250, skill x30, loot x30, magic level x8.
  - Stamina system: disabled.
  - Premium Account: standard (not free for everyone).
  - In-Game Market: enabled.
  - Classic equipment slots and classic attack speed.
  - One character online per account — logging in another character kicks the previous session.
  - Up to 10 characters per account.
  - Guild creation: from character level 8.
  - Experience for player kills: enabled (players within ±75 levels).
  - Red skull: 15 unjustified kills. Frag decay: 24 hours.
  - PZ-lock after attack: 60 seconds. White skull: 15 minutes.
  - Fight-back protection is disabled — defending against an aggressor may still count as unjustified.
  - Houses: bought for gold in-game (1000 gp per sqm). Rent: none.

§3. Accounts and security
  - An account belongs to one person. Sharing, lending, selling or buying accounts is forbidden.
  - You are responsible for keeping your password and login data confidential.
  - Staff will never ask for your password. Any such request is a scam attempt.
  - Accounts may be banned or deleted for serious rule violations — without refund of items, progress or payments.
  - Use a valid e-mail when required. Do not create multiple accounts to evade punishments.

§4. Character and guild names
  - a) Offensive names — vulgar, racist, sexual, harassing or otherwise objectionable.
  - b) Invalid format — sentence fragments (except guild names), nonsense, impersonating staff or players.
  - c) Advertising — promoting services, products or other OTS servers.
  - d) Unsuitable — political, religious or modern references that do not fit Tibia fantasy.
  - e) Rule-breaking support — suggesting scams, RMT, botting, etc.
  - Violations may result in namelock, character deletion or account ban.

§5. Behaviour in-game and on the website
  - No insults, harassment, discrimination, sexual content, drug promotion or illegal content.
  - No spam or flood on public channels.
  - No advertising of third-party sites, other OTS servers, or trading outside the official shop.
  - No pretending to be staff, support or a GM.
  - No intentionally blocking bosses, quests or spawns without valid PvP reason.
  - No spreading false information about the server or organising boycotts.
  - No doxxing — publishing others' personal data.
  - Public channels (World Chat, Help, Trade): Polish or English. Other languages may be moderated.
  - Forum posts and comments follow the same rules and may be removed without notice.

§6. PvP and frags
  - Open PvP means player combat is part of the game when other rules are respected.
  - No spawn killing at temple or just after respawn without real provocation.
  - No abusing map or PZ/PZ-lock bugs for free kills.
  - No extortion such as “pay for blessing” threats.
  - Frags and skulls follow server settings (see §2). Staff does not remove frags on request unless caused by a server bug.

§7. Multi-client, bots and software
  - No multi-client (MC) — playing multiple characters or accounts for advantage.
  - No bots, cavebots, auto-heal, attack macros or any automated play.
  - No aimbots, wallhacks, speedhacks, packet editing or other cheats.
  - No client modifications that give unfair advantage. Only the official Soteria client or soteria.pl/play/ web client is allowed.
  - No distributing unauthorised game programs for this server.

§8. Bugs and exploits
  - Abusing obvious game bugs is forbidden — item duplication, quest bypass, unauthorised area access, etc.
  - Report bugs to staff via forum or contact — do not use them for profit.
  - Testing exploits for personal gain is treated as bug abuse.
  - Staff may revert gains from exploits and punish without warning.

§9. Trading and payments
  - No real-money trading (RMT) of accounts, characters, items or services outside the official shop.
  - Only premium points bought on the official Soteria shop (when available) and in-game shop offers are allowed.
  - No trade scams or item theft through social engineering.
  - In-game trades are at your own risk unless clear scam evidence exists in logs.

§10. Shop and premium points
  - Premium points are bound to the account that purchased them.
  - Buying points is voluntary and means accepting the current price list on the website.
  - Premium points and shop services are non-refundable unless required by law.
  - Staff may refuse transactions suspected of payment fraud or chargebacks.

§11. Attacks on infrastructure
  - No DDoS, hacking attempts, port scanning, database tampering or website interference.
  - No stealing passwords, e-mail accounts or user data.
  - No malware disguised as the Soteria client.
  - Violations may result in permanent ban and legal action.

§12. Sanctions
  - Depending on severity: warning, kick, mute, namelock, temporary ban, permanent ban, character deletion, removal of illegally gained levels, skills or items.
  - Punishments may be applied without prior warning — especially for cheats, RMT, bug abuse and attacks.
  - Staff decisions on punishments are final. Appeals may be submitted politely via forum or designated contact.
  - No compensation — deleted characters, items and premium points are not restored unless staff caused the error.

§13. Final provisions
  - Not knowing the rules does not exempt you from them.
  - The server is provided as-is. Downtime, restarts and updates may occur without notice.
  - Staff strives for fair and enjoyable gameplay — mutual respect between players is expected.
